Numerous performance optimizations
Many optimizations have been included in this version to improve the overall performance of the app. Opening the app, switching screens, applying individual or group actions, ... all of this should now feel a little faster than before.
As a result, the number of crashes and freezes has been reduced a lot.
Bug fixes
- Automatic update not always working on some devices
- Category filter not re-apply properly after re-opening the app
- Continuous playback mode not working properly when Chromecasting a virtual podcast
- OPML export file wasn't generated anymore as part of the automatic backup
- The "Download oldest first" setting didn't always work correctly
- Small bug fixes
